If you dream it, we can make it. That’s the tagline for Viswa and Devji Diamonds’ latest initiative called ‘Design Your Own Jewellery’. As the name suggests, the facility allows customers to create personalized designs by consulting the jewellery experts of the brand. 

Launched in July, the concept allows customers to get their ideas on paper by booking a video call appointment on the number shared on the brand’s social media profiles. The video call gets the user in touch with a Viswa and Devji expert jewellery designer, who helps create one-of-a-kind designs from the scratch. The designer understands the customer’s requirements on topics such as design concept, weight, budget, etc and create a new design on paper.

Upon receiving feedback, the designer creates a rough design for the customer. After the rough design gets a go-ahead, it is sent for manufacturing. The customers can also select jewellery from the existing inventory of the brand and personalize accordingly.

Customers can design any type of jewellery ranging from necklaces, pendants, bangles, diamond cufflinks, earrings, brooches and so much more. Viswa and Devji have also extended this facility to men’s luxury artefacts such as watches.

Giving more details, a representative from Viswa and Devji Diamonds said the offer is currently available only online. In today’s time, many customers come to the shop with their designs and ask us to design jewellery in the same pattern. So, we thought of extending this facility to the customers, who can share inputs and choices to create designs closest to their desirability,” the person maintained.

 On the social media front, the brand is receiving decent impressions. Their Instagram video of the campaign, uploaded on July 13, has over 3.2K views by now, while the video for the men’s customized range has received above 5.8K views.
