One-stop Shop For Best Polki, Diamond, Platinum Jewellery

From being a regular B2B player to a design powerhouse, Rosentiques Fine Jewellery has come a long way. In an interview with The Retail Jeweller, Adeesh Nahar, Director, Rosentiques Fine Jewellery, talks about their expansion plans and undeterred focus on customer satisfaction.

The Retail Jeweller (TRJ): How do you explain your product specialisation?
Adeesh Nahar (AN): We are the only one-stop destination that supplies polki, diamond and platinum jewellery to our customers. Needless to say, we have a wide array of products – right from being a specialized polki jewellery player to solitaire diamond bangles and a wide gamut of design-conscious diamond and coloured stone earrings and necklace sets – we have it all.

TRJ: What is your core competency?
AN: It has to be innovative designs and transparency in our product quality and business dealings. Over the years, we have used our skilled expertise to source raw materials and then use it in the most judicious manner to create landmark jewellery designs that stand out. Our final motto is absolute customer satisfaction and we have worked on bettering ourselves and raising the bar at every turn of our journey.

TRJ: Do you think constant innovation enables product development?
AN: We engage most of our time and effort in in-depth research and product development as it is a vital part of our business strategy. We believe that consistent innovation is like a ladder to success and there’s no compromise on that.

TRJ: Please elaborate on the new collections for the forthcoming wedding and festive season?
AN: We will be launching new collections of solitaire bangles and bracelets under brand Amolya, at the IIJS this year. This collection redefines freshness and is a visible transformation from the previous collections we’ve launched. Each piece of jewellery offers stylised and contemporary designs, conceptualised and created by the in-house team. The pieces flaunt a carved back plate and a unique opening mechanism. The inspiration to these collections is the desire to create something unique and elegant for women of all age groups and from any region.

TRJ: Have you taken any steps to change the way you conduct your business?
AN: Over the last few years, we have taken considerable effort in transforming our focus from being a regular B2B player into a design powerhouse. In fact, the renewed design focus and quality precaution has been some of our biggest innovations in the recent times.

TRJ: What are your plans on business and market expansion?
AN: Among the many plans that we have for the brand, the first aim is to expand our network throughout the country. To enable this, we have participated in PMI (Preferred Manufacturer of India) and in a couple of other shows across the country. We will also be taking part in the Hong Kong show this year and there are plans to participate in a few more international shows as well. I can easily say we are all set to take 2018 head-on with our business plans.

TRJ: What about the road ahead?
AN: We, as a company, believe in moving up the ladder with our positivity and hard work. We have been constantly investing in different types of product development and have also been upgrading our customer engagement techniques to keep it as unique as possible. We are looking at a bright and exciting road ahead.
