The wedding season has just begun. While collection launches and advertisements are the usual approaches for brands now, certain special brands stand out with their activities to connect directly with the consumers. GRT Jewellers developed a 360-degree campaign where wedding booths inside their showrooms have become the focal point of attraction.
This branding and information campaign allowed customers froml across the country to visit GRT showrooms and check out the latest ranges in gold, platinum, diamond, and silver. It was different from the seasonal campaigns, as no offer was promised to those who took interest and walked in.
Beautiful wedding mandaps were installed inside the showroom, facilitating prospects to walk in, enjoy the ambience, and share pictures on social media. Capitalising on this offer, the brand has also run a contest, awarding three customers from each GRT showroom whose pictures have had the highest impressions on social. The wedding celebration campaign has led to a strong brand recall among new customer cohorts by partnering with print, digital, TV, and OTT outlets for advertisement. It’s the entire experience of knowing a brand and its products with in-person interactions that have helped GRT gain traction across India. Executed masterfully at the onset of the wedding season, this campaign will go a long way to boost bridal and semi-bridal jewellery sales.
