Tanishq hosts ‘Pride of Tanishq’ event to celebrate timeless bonds with customers
Tanishq recently hosted an exclusive event in Mumbai, bringing together customers to celebrate decades of trust, milestones, and craftsmanship that have defined the brand’s legacy
Mumbai: Tanishq, India’s leading jewellery retail brand from the Tata Group, hosted a grand evening titled ‘Pride of Tanishq: Made by You, Made for You’ in Mumbai to honour its loyal customers and the strong relationships it has nurtured over the years. The event commemorated over 8 lakh families who are an integral part of Tanishq’s journey, showcasing the brand’s enduring commitment to its patrons.
“Our aim was to create a meaningful experience that honours the special bond we share with our customers, who have been part of our journey for decades,” said Pelki Tshering, Chief Marketing Officer of Tanishq, Titan Company Ltd. She added, “For over three decades, it has been a privilege to be part of our customers’ most cherished memories. Events like Pride of Tanishq are a way to celebrate the deep, genuine relationships we have cultivated.”
A standout feature of the event was the debut of the Mine to Marvel Diamond Zone, an immersive installation created in collaboration with De Beers. This zone provided guests with a fascinating glimpse into the natural diamond’s incredible journey from deep within the earth to a stunningly crafted jewellery piece. The installation highlighted Tanishq’s commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and educating customers about the uniqueness of their diamonds.
“We wanted to simplify the diamond buying journey for our customers and help them understand what makes Tanishq diamonds unique,” said Tshering. She added, “This journey from the depths of the earth to adorning the modern Indian woman embodies both nature’s wonder and human artistry.”
The event also featured the unveiling of the Rivaah X Tarun Tahiliani wedding collection, a collaboration that blends the grandeur of traditional wedding jewellery with contemporary design aesthetics. This ethno-contemporary collection celebrates the essence of the modern Indian bride, offering versatile pieces that balance heritage with elegance.
A live fashion show was a highlight of the evening, with a model representing the Rivaah Tanishq Bride and showcasing jewellery pieces that underscored the collection’s theme of a bride’s journey. Guests were captivated by the collection’s designs and the blend of craftsmanship and storytelling that brought them to life.
Tshering said, “The response to the Rivaah collection was overwhelming. Guests expressed their admiration for the jewellery as well as the thought and artistry behind it. It is a true reflection of the modern-day bride, balancing timeless tradition with contemporary style.”
Beyond the dazzling displays, the event deepened customer engagement through personalised interactions with the Tanishq store teams, strengthening the bonds built over decades. It was a heartfelt celebration of trust, craftsmanship, and innovation, marking a milestone in Tanishq’s journey.
The Pride of Tanishq event set a new standard for customer-centric celebrations, blending innovation, education, and emotional resonance. By creating an experience that honoured their customers’ trust and celebrated shared milestones, Tanishq reaffirmed its commitment to crafting not just jewellery but memories that last a lifetime.
