Bengaluru: Sri Jagdamba Pearls has inaugurated its fourth retail store in India at Forum South Bengaluru. This new jewellery kiosk marks a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion strategy, enhancing its footprint in the Indian retail market outside its home ground Hyderabad. The grand opening was attended by Avanish Agarwal and Yash Agarwal, Managing Partners of Sri Jagdamba Pearls, celebrating the launch of authentic pearl jewellery in Bengaluru. With three existing stores in Hyderabad and a robust online presence, Sri Jagdamba Pearls is now concentrating on expanding in Bengaluru. Said Avanish Agarwal, “From our modest beginnings in Hyderabad, we have steadily broadened our reach across various omni-channel platforms. Currently, Sri Jagdamba Pearls reports an average online transaction value of ₹5,000-₹6,000, compared to the industry average of ₹2,000-₹3,000. In its offline stores, the average bill value ranges between ₹7,000 and ₹8,000, with 28% of customers making repeat purchases. The brand anticipates a 20-25% increase in order value in the coming months, as per media reports. The new kiosk at Forum South Bengaluru showcases the brand’s signature Pearl Story, featuring a curated collection of necklaces, pendant sets, chokers, earrings, bracelets, and more. Responding to the growing demand for lightweight and work-wear jewellery among millennials and Gen Z, the store has introduced the new Ira collection, starting at ₹14,999. It also offer more luxurious options, by way of the Oscar Collection and the Ella 925 Sterling Silver collection.
