Khurana Jewellery House expands to Ludhiana with luxurious new store
Punjab’s renowned jeweller unveiled an innovative retail concept in Ludhiana, featuring private shopping experiences and an exclusive ‘Dhanteras Dream Escape’ contest.
Ludhiana: Khurana Jewellery House has unveiled its latest store in Ludhiana. As the brand’s third location in Punjab, following its two stores in Amritsar, this new outpost not only extends its regional footprint but also embodies a fresh, sophisticated aesthetic tailored to the evolving tastes of contemporary consumers.
Prerna Khurana, Executive Director, says, “Our Ludhiana store represents an exciting new chapter for Khurana Jewellery House. This space has been meticulously designed to immerse our clients in a luxurious jewellery shopping experience that seamlessly blends tradition and innovation.”
Spanning two thoughtfully curated floors, the Ludhiana store caters to the diverse needs of the brand’s discerning clientele. The ground level showcases Khurana Jewellery House’s signature collections; the brand is renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and captivating designs. However, the true highlight lies on the first floor—an exclusive bridal lounge, a first-of-its-kind offering in the region.
Soumya Khurana, Executive Director, explains, “We wanted to elevate the jewellery shopping journey, especially for our bridal and high-net-worth clients. The bridal lounge provides a comfortable, private environment where customers can explore our exquisite gold, Polki, diamond and solitaire collections at their leisure.”
For the brand, the decision to open this store in Ludhiana was a strategic one, tapping into the city’s reputation as the industrial capital of Punjab and home to an affluent, design-savvy community. Prerna says, “Ludhiana’s clientele has a keen appreciation for fine craftsmanship and innovative designs. Our award-winning pieces have always resonated strongly here, and we are confident this new store will further cement our connection with the local market.”
To cater to the evolving preferences of Ludhiana’s consumers, Khurana Jewellery House meticulously curated exclusive collections over the past eight months, ensuring its offerings align seamlessly with local tastes. Soumya notes, “We have invested significant time and effort in understanding the specific needs and desires of our Ludhiana clientele. This approach guaranteed that our new store in Ludhiana stood out from our existing locations.”
The launch of the Ludhiana store coincided with a comprehensive rebranding strategy aimed at refreshing the Khurana Jewellery House identity while preserving its rich heritage. “As we enter this exciting new phase, we want our brand to resonate with both our long-standing patrons and a younger, discerning audience,” shares Prerna.
This rebranding exercise encompassed a shift in the store’s visual aesthetics, packaging and digital presence, crafting a cohesive brand experience. “Our goal is to ensure that every client, regardless of their purchase size, feels valued and truly part of the Khurana family,” adds Soumya. Personalised service remains at the core of the brand’s ethos, with family members actively involved in client interactions to foster meaningful relationships.
To celebrate the grand opening of the Ludhiana store, Khurana Jewellery House hosted a captivating fashion show featuring its latest designs, complemented by the ‘Dhanteras Dream Escape’ contest. The contest gave one lucky winner and their partner a luxurious four-day, three-night trip to Baku in Azerbaijan, covering all expenses. “Engaging our clients through such immersive experiences not only showcases our jewellery but also cultivates a deeper sense of community,” says Prerna.
As Khurana Jewellery House embarks on this new chapter in Ludhiana, the brand reaffirms its unwavering commitment to innovation, quality craftsmanship and customer-centric experiences. In a rapidly evolving industry, the brand’s latest store is poised to make a significant impact, bringing the finest in luxury jewellery, personalised service and elegant tradition to Punjab’s discerning clientele.
