Kalamandir Jewellers brings staff, customers, and vendors under one roof with Golden Days 3.0 awards

Employees are the lifeblood of any organisation, and due care should be taken to let them know that they are really important. Kalamandir Jewellers has taken due recognition of that aspect and recently conducted a three-day gala awards, called the Golden Days 3.0, involving the three pillars of their business: the staff, customers and the jewellery vendors.

Held at The Deltin, Surat from 20-22 June, the event celebrated the vigour and prowess of every employee across 29 categories of nominations. Involving Bollywood celebrities and grand performances, it was nothing less of a starry affair. Kalamandir Jewellers is perhaps the only brand that brought its trusted customers and select vendors under one roof to mark the loyalty it has pervaded over the years. The ceremony also felicitated select vendors based on stock accuracy, repairing requirements, technological adoption, stock performance and several other factors.

Felicitating the staff, the brand had categories based on digital adoption across departments, lifetime achievement, and many more. Beyond felicitating the employees, the brand put in a powerful message for the customers. Every staff was invited with their family, which showcased how dearly the brand cares about its entire business ecosystem.

“This is the third time that we have given a lifetime achievement award to one of our best employees,” said Milan Shah, director, Kalamandir Jewellers. “The event had been so impactful that a women employee came the next day and said that her family is rooting for her to bag an award the next time. Mothers are getting best wishes on performance review from their children based on this. This awards ceremony has set new milestones for the entire hierarchy of our employees besides that of our vendors,” he added.
