An NRI lady customer wanted us to customise a long gold necklace with diamonds in it and an engagement ring for her. Since we generally don’t customise engagement rings, she gave us a design. As she was not a jewellery designer, the design was not proper. So we made some necessary changes into the design. We called her 3 times in the shop to finalise the design. When the final design was ready, she looked so happy that she invited a few of her friends and family members to see the designs. We sold nearly 3 necklaces of the same design. We also got to customise the entire wedding jewellery for the upcoming marriage in her house.
