Memorable Customers
All’s Well That Ends Well

A customer who had bought jewellery from us wanted to return it as she felt the value was less than what we had quoted. She couldn’t find the receipt and was adamant that she had been cheated. We couldn’t do anything till we saw the receipt. It was against the company policy. She was very upset, started crying and left the showroom. Even I didn’t feel good to see a customer get so upset. I knew her as a regular customer and so decided to visit her in the evening. Luckily by then she had found the receipt and learnt that she had not been cheated. Coincidentally, it was Raksha Bandhan that day. The lady tied a rakhi and treated me to a sumptuous dinner. Since that day we are like one big family. I got a sister that day.
