PUNE: Bringing exclusivity and affordability at one place, Ratanlal C Bafna Jewellers had organized a jewellery exhibition of lightweight, pocket-friendly jewellery in the daily wear category in its Pune store.  At the event, the jeweller showcased gold jewellery in 22K-18K, Italian jewellery, silver jewellery in the 9-5 category and diamond polki jewellery from around Rs 60,000- 2 lakhs.

Although the exhibition is open to all, Ratanlal C Bafna Jewellers has specially invited almost 650 customers who are part of its loyalty program that started two months ago. The brand usually conducts jewellery exhibitions on a monthly basis spread across all its seven stores in Maharashtra. This means that exhibitions run at any of the seven stores in a month, attracting footfall with new offerings.  Some of the brand’s recent exhibitions took place at their Aurangabad, Jalgaon and Nanded showrooms, and a Mangalsutra Mahotsav at their Pune showroom.

Speaking about the event, Siddharth Bafna, Partner, Ratanlal C Bafna Jewellers said, “The jewellery pieces displayed at the exhibition are not extravagantly pricey, but all are very beautiful pieces. This is what today’s women can wear at home or for a small party on a daily basis. We have focused more on rings, earrings and mangalsutra pendants, as these products move faster than necklaces or bangles. I feel that in the wardrobe of modern women, most of the jewellery would be of earrings or rings.”

According to Siddharth, the response from the customers has been very heartwarming. “We have got a good response for cocktail rings, lightweight diamond rings in the 1.5-2 grams weight range, polki earrings in the 7-8 grams range and diamond rings,” Siddharth added.
