Senco collaborates with women’s ethnic wear brand Indya to launch gold and diamond jewellery collection
From diamond-studded platinum pendants and mangalsutras to intricately crafted pendants featuring divine motifs inspired by Indian deities, the collection features a wide range of contemporary jewellery
Kolkata: Senco Gold & Diamonds has unveiled an exclusive collection of regal gold and diamond jewellery, in collaboration with women’s ethnic wear brand Indya. Promoted as “perfect for the bride, bridesmaids and anyone who loves timeless elegance”, the collection was publicized on social media.
From diamond-studded platinum pendants and mangalsutras to intricately crafted pendants featuring divine motifs inspired by Indian deities, the collection seamlessly blends tradition with contemporary design, offering a high-end array of jewellery.
This collaboration highlights a shared commitment to elegance, tradition and accessibility in the jewellery space, combining Senco’s craftsmanship with Indya’s modern sensibilities.
The collaboration offers several potential benefits for Senco, which can tap into Indya’s customer base, that typically comprises fashion-forward women seeking modern ethnic wear. By associating with Indya, Senco can reach a younger, trendy demographic that may not have been previously exposed to the brand’s jewellery offerings. The partnership also opens up opportunities for joint marketing efforts, such as co-branded campaigns, events and social media promotions, while increasing the scope of actual sales.
Senco, with a legacy spanning over eight decades, is renowned for its heritage jewellery and craftsmanship. Established as Senco Gold Private Limited in 1994 and later converted to a public limited company in 2007, the brand is committed to supporting kaarigars and preserving traditional jewellery-making techniques.
The pan-India jewellery retailer specializes in gold, diamond and precious metal jewellery, and operates 166 stores nationwide. It recently strengthened its retail footprint by opening two new exclusive stores in New Delhi. The brand’s latest outlets are located in the bustling neighbourhoods of Pitampura and Chandni Chowk. The brand plans to expand internationally to global markets within 5-6 years, and also open dedicated lab-grown diamond stores, as reported by news portal NDTV Profit.
