‘Sabse Sunder Utsav’ gives Sunder Jewellers 25-30% jump in sales compared to the previous year
The jeweller concluded the campaign with a grand event on Dec 29, attended by around 500-600 customers in Chandigarh, with about 3,000 more joining it live through social media platforms
Chandigarh: Jewellery retailer Sunder Jewellers celebrated the conclusion of its three-month-long‘Sabse Sunder Utsav’ with a grand event in Chandigarh on December 29, 2024. The celebrationsaw significant participation from customers, with approximately 500-600 people attending it physically and more than 3,000 joining it live via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
“Customers are the foundation of everything we do, and their trust in us has been the key to the success of this campaign,” said Mahender Khurana, Managing Director of Sunder Jewellers.‘Sabse Sunder Utsav’ took place across all three of the brand’s stores – Sunder Jewellers, Sunder Sterling and Sunder Emporium– with the brand giving out approximately 1 lakh coupons to customers, based on the quantum of their purchase. These coupons were put into a lucky draw, and winners were drawn through a fair process at the event, with renowned personalities and dignitaries overseeing the draw.A total of 18 winners were selected through the lucky draw, andprizes included three Honda Amaze cars, along with various electronic appliances.
According to Khurana, the ‘Sabse Sunder Utsav’campaign had a positive impact on the business, with Sunder Jewellers reporting a 25-30% increase in sales compared to the same period in the previous year. Moreover, the event not only reinforced the loyalty of existing customers, but also attracted new ones. “Our customers’ faith in us is what keeps them coming back, and we try to show our appreciation with every event,” added Khurana.
With the successful conclusion of the event, Sunder Jewellers is looking ahead to 2025 with plans for expansion. The company aims to open a new 6,000 square-foot showroom in North India, dedicated to silver jewellery, building on the momentum generated by this campaign.
Recently, Khurana was a speaker at the Punjab MSME Conclave, where he highlighted Sunder Jewellers’ commitment to offering a diverse range of jewellery options, from affordable lab-grown diamonds to natural stones, catering to a wide range of customer preferences and budgets.
Founded in 1975 and based in Chandigarh, Sunder Jewellers operates three showrooms in the city.
