The bespoke event reinforced the brand’s innovative approach to customer engagement through personalised styling sessions and interactive workshops at its Bengaluru showroom 

Bengaluru: Prince Jewellery recently hosted an exclusive, invite-only event dubbed ‘Princess Day Out’ at its Bengaluru showroom, celebrating the concept that every woman is a princess. The intimate gathering brought together 50-60 carefully selected clients from the brand’s customer database. 

Antony Prince, Director of Prince Jewellery, emphasised that this unique initiative offered attendees a harmonious blend of luxury, personalised styling, and interactive experiences. “This initiative helped our Chennai-based brand further cement its identity as a lifestyle brand. The event’s focus on grooming and styling positioned us as a guide in the broader realm of fashion, beyond our traditional role as a jeweller,” he said. 

The cornerstone of Princess Day Out was its emphasis on personalisation, featuring exclusive one-on-one styling sessions where attendees received bespoke advice on accessorising for various occasions. Expert stylists guided participants through the nuances of pairing jewellery with different outfits, demonstrating how carefully chosen accessories can enhance individual style.

A highlight reel shared on the legacy jeweller’s Instagram page showcased the event’s key attractions, including bridal makeover demonstrations and an exclusive runway show featuring their exquisite bridal jewellery collections. The curated jewellery showcases introduced attendees to the brand’s latest collections, offering a hands-on understanding of how to incorporate these luxury pieces into their wardrobes. 

Interactive workshops added depth to the experience, educating participants about jewellery layering techniques, mixing metals, and selecting pieces that reflect personal style. These engaging sessions strengthened brand loyalty among high-value customers while encouraging active participation. 

“Princess Day Out builds upon our history of hosting distinctive events, such as Bridal Styling Workshops, in-showroom fashion shows, and antique jewellery previews across Chennai, Coimbatore, and Bengaluru,” Prince explained. He added, “However, this initiative stood out for its everyday focus on grooming and styling. It was our opportunity to deepen relationships with customers through an immersive experience where they could celebrate their individuality.” 

The event generated organic brand amplification as attendees, impressed by their personalised experiences, naturally became brand ambassadors for Prince Jewellery. While immediate sales were not the primary objective, the event fostered valuable awareness of the showroom’s collections and secured future engagement. Participants particularly appreciated the tailored advice, reinforcing the concept that luxury encompasses both products and experiences.
