Much Fury Over Nothing

Ravi Agarwal, Director, Zever & Gems Pvt Ltd, Rourkela
A client had a bought a pair of gold bangles for his daughter. After a couple of days he returned with the bangles. He wanted them changed. His reason was that the price of gold had fallen but we had billed him as per the old price. So, he accused us of cheating. He was fuming and shouting. I approached him, offered him a glass of water and asked him to sit down. I realised that there was no way I could make him understand. So I offered him the money that he had spent on the bangles and took the bangles from him. He realised after few months that the pricing was right and he had made a mistake. He returned and apologised for creating so much problems. Since then he has become our regular customer.
