The brand instructs participants to share personal stories of gratitude on social media for a chance to win a diamond pendant 

Mumbai: CaratLane recently unveiled a contest for its customers across their social media handles. The contest, which required participants to tag their loved one alongside a short note on why they would gift a CaratLane product to them as a display of acknowledgement, was well received by the audience as it garnered impressive engagement.  

The contest is a part of the #GiftACaratlane campaign, the brand recently rolled out. Prior to the contest announcement, the campaign was extensively used during special occasions such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day to persuade potential customers to buy customisable jewellery as a gifting option. Three lucky winners are set to receive a diamond pendant among the many entries signed in for it. 

The brand looks to increase user engagement across its social media as the contest criteria to win insists participants and the people they tag to follow their page. The contest comes against the backdrop of the much promoted #MyCaratLaneStory campaign. The ongoing campaign is about experiences of customers with their purchases. CaratLane’s #MyCaratLaneStory campaign invites customers to share their personal experiences and stories with CaratLane jewellery.  

This initiative encourages individuals to showcase their cherished moments, such as engagements, weddings, or other significant milestones, accompanied by their favourite CaratLane pieces. Participants can share their stories through social media platforms using the hashtag #MyCaratLaneStory, creating a community of jewellery enthusiasts celebrating their unique journeys with CaratLane. Through this campaign, CaratLane aims to highlight the emotional significance of its pieces and foster a sense of belonging among its customers.
