AVR Swarnamahal celebrates ‘Wellness Week’ to motivate people
The brand is also conducting a one-hour event every evening, in which it organizes different group activities such as games, knowledge sessions, etc.
In order to spread positivity while the second Covid-19 wave rages on, AVR Swarnamahal Jewellers have come up with an initiative called ‘Wellness Week’. As part of the initiative, a Pranayam and Yoga session is being conducted on a daily basis from 6 am-7.30 am. This session is streamed live on the Facebook and Youtube channels of the jeweller, thus spreading its benefits all across the society. The yoga session is open for all as anyone can participate in the session.
This apart, the brand is also conducting a one-hour event every evening, in which it organizes different group activities such as games, knowledge sessions by renowned personalities, and Tambola Night to keep people entertained. One of the many sessions conducted, for instance, was ‘Song Finding’,in which judge Lavanaya Yugendhar played a fun-filled game with the audience about finding and singing their favourite songs.
At one of the knowledge sessions titled ‘Life is Easy’, moderator Rashmi Khot told the audience about the importance of doing what they love the most, following their passion and the constant need to be surrounded by beloved and like-minded people. There was another session titled ‘Healthy living and good practices’, in which moderator Akalaya spoke about the importance of healthcare and how a healthy body is an expression of gratitude to the whole cosmos, and the environment. Such multifarious activities helped a lot in distracting participants and the audience from the daily stress of pandemic.
