Arundhati Jewellers marks 25th anniversary with employee-centric initiatives
Over 700 staff members and brand ambassador Archita Sahu attended the brand’s gala event, with top performers receiving awards and substantial prizes
Bhubaneswar: Arundhati Jewellers recently commemorated its 25th anniversary with its Annual Meet at the historic Town Hall in Jagannatha Dham, Puri. The event, attended by over 700 employees from various branches, marked the introduction of the ‘Pranam Odisha’ concept, underscoring the strong bond between the brand and the people of Odisha.
Brahmananda Meher, Managing Director, Arundhati Group, stated, “As a brand deeply rooted in our culture, we began the celebrations by offering salutations to Lord Jagannath, seeking blessings for our organisation’s continued success and prosperity.”
The silver jubilee event showcased the brand’s developments and new initiatives. Numerous employees across different categories were recognised for their valuable contributions. Ollywood actor and Arundhati Jewellers’ brand ambassador Archita Sahu presented awards to top performers and felicitated a long-serving employee with a 1,200-square-foot plot of land in Sambalpur. Many staff members were also honoured with trophies and cash prizes in appreciation of their dedication.
The event also introduced key employee-centric initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce well-being. A major announcement was the launch of an employee group health insurance scheme, effective immediately, to ensure better healthcare support for the staff.
Meher added, “We also unveiled Arundhati Jewellers’ new logo and launched our new TV commercial, which highlights the brand’s journey, growth, and achievements since our establishment.”
Another highlight was the introduction of ‘Jeet Ki Udaan’—a 32-day challenge open to all employees. This initiative offers top performers the chance to win exciting rewards, including domestic and international trips, as well as financial incentives totalling Rs. 50 lakh.
“At the Annual Meet, we also launched a 24/7 helpline dedicated to addressing employee concerns promptly. This initiative will ensure our employees feel more seen, heard, and supported,” Meher added.
Reflecting its deep connection to Odisha’s cultural heritage, the brand organised a grand procession through the streets of Puri, featuring traditional performances such as ghoda nrutya, dhola, and badya.
The company’s MD and Directors addressed the audience, outlining Arundhati Jewellers’ mission and vision. They expressed gratitude to the people of Odisha for their continued trust and support, which has enabled the company to grow into a prominent jewellery brand in the region over the past 25 years.
