Every woman a diamond, Tanishq’s latest campaign unveils unknown gems in women
Jewellery is every woman’s love interest and diamonds hold a special place in their hearts. It so happens that diamonds often bring out the inner sparkle of a woman. Tanishq has now taken a stand to spot the diamond-like shine in select personalities across the walks of life through the ‘Every Woman A Diamond’ campaign.
Starting on January 24, the brand-new campaign started with a brilliant sneak-peek, in which Tanishq released highly contrasted images of the people and the jewellery adorning the same. Before announcing the name of the campaign, the teasing images gave just the right amount of exposure to the darkened faces, while keeping the luminosity in the jewellery intact. This kept the excitement palpable.
After announcing the campaign, Tanishq has released three posts on different personalities at the time of writing this piece. The first one mentions fashion designer and entrepreneur Alesha, wearing three diamond jewellery pieces. Next up is the post appreciating Jaclyn, a pilot. The third post introduces athlete Ishani to the followers. An interesting add-on to each of the post is the mention of product code of each jewellery piece. This has helped followers with product and price inquiries in the comments section of the posts.
Presence of other contrasting images on the brand’s Instagram profile prove that this is an ongoing campaign that will go a long away in identifying personalities who are not necessarily celebrities, but have made a mark in their respective careers early on in life. Several brands before Tanishq have made successful attempts in bringing the best out of women through jewellery, and the interest of one of the most successful chain store brands in India on the same direction strengthens the neo-millennial outlook. Beauty is often interpreted by personal success, which actually resonates with aspirants and boosts popularity of various categories of jewellery today.
