Beyond its core jewellery offerings, the campaign distinguishes itself through comprehensive personalised services for international customers. These include seamless old gold exchange at the brand’s Frisco, Texas store, complimentary shipping across the US, free pick-up and drop-off services, repair and polishing services at no cost, bespoke jewellery design options, and an exclusive wedding concierge service.

The brand has amplified its campaign reach through strategic social media promotion, launching a series of influencer-led reels featuring visually captivating and emotionally resonant content across its platforms. These promotional videos incorporate engaging call-to-actions, specifically inviting NRIs travelling to India to visit the brand’s stores in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, and VIP Road, Visakhapatnam. 

The campaign’s timing is strategically aligned with the peak holiday travel season, running from December 2024 through January 05, 2025. This period, characterised by family reunions, weddings, and festivities, presents an ideal opportunity for NRIs to explore premium jewellery collections while experiencing the brand’s personalised services.
