The Retail Jeweller (TRJ): What has been the greatest lesson learnt during the pandemic?
Raghav Dhir (RD): I learnt to have a hybrid lifestyle which has work/life balance, is healthy and fun-filled.

RD: Ratan Tata. The kindness he imbibes in him is unmatchable.
TRJ: Your favourite holiday destination?
RD: Norway
TRJ: Your favourite cuisine?
RD: Italian
TRJ: Had you not been in the jewellery business, what would you have been?
RD: I surely would have loved to be an entrepreneur and be obliged to be a part of the Tata group.
TRJ: Your de-stress mantra?
RD: Go on a vacation with my kids and wife.
TRJ: A book or a movie you would like to recommend to others?
RD: The Day After Tomorrow.
TRJ: What newspapers and TV channels do you like?
RD: The Economic Times and NDTV.
TRJ: Political personalities from history you would love to meet in person and why?
RD: Mahatma Gandhi, because he overcame his obstacles with patience and dedication.
TRJ: Your business principle and success mantra?
RD: My business mantra to succeed in life is by being focused, dedicated, and persistent to achieve goals.
TRJ: What does happiness mean to you?
RD: Happiness to me is my family, work and vacations.
TRJ: Your leadership style?
RD: My leadership style would be to have confidence, honour, respect, drive progress and overall improvement in all aspects of life.
TRJ: If you had a message for the gems and jewellery industry, what would it be?
RD: Focus on the overall growth to help the artisans thrive and make the economy stronger.
