With Vishwa Vajrah diamond exhibition, Sulthan Diamonds & Gold aims to engage customers

The brand’s customer-focused approach enhances the shopping experience while educating first-time buyers and seasoned collectors about diamonds
Kasaragod: Kerala-based jewellery brand Sulthan Diamonds & Gold is hosting its annual diamond exhibition, the Vishwa Vajrah Diamond Exhibition, from January 17 to January 31, at its Kasaragod showroom. Since its inception in 2013, the exhibition has become a hallmark event for the brand, and is known for its grandeur and exceptional showcase of certified diamond and Polki jewellery pieces.
Commenting on the event’s customer engagement and sales, Rahim Sulthan, Managing Director of Sulthan Diamonds and Gold said, “We attract a significant number of diamond enthusiasts and new customers during the exhibition every year, leveraging the event’s exclusivity and reputation.”
This year’s exhibition will feature an extensive range of diamond jewellery, including exclusive collections typically unavailable on regular days. According to Sulthan, customers can explore a variety of bridal, party wear, and traditional diamond designs, with options for every taste and occasion. “From bespoke bridal collections to lightweight, minimalist everyday jewellery, the event caters to diverse customer preferences,” he said.
Personalized in-store interactions during the event offer customers insights into diamond quality, certification and craftsmanship. This customer-focused approach enhances the shopping experience while educating first-time buyers and seasoned collectors alike.
The event has consistently proven to be a significant driver of diamond sales, with engagement rings, wedding bands and bespoke bridal jewellery leading the demand. Additionally, minimalist jewellery pieces such as diamond studs, delicate necklaces, and versatile rings are increasingly popular, reflecting a growing preference for understated luxury, said Sulthan. The event is tailored for bridal customers, diamond connoisseurs and first-time diamond buyers.
Sulthan Diamonds & Gold is pulling out all stops to promote this event. The exhibition is being advertised through billboards, newspaper ads, social media campaigns, and in-store promotions, ensuring maximum visibility to boost footfalls.
Originating in the historic city of Kasaragod, Kerala, Sulthan Diamonds & Gold has established a strong retail presence with branches in Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Kanhangad, Kasaragod, Davangere and Shivamogga.
