The House of Tarun Tahiliani launches its eponymic jewellery edit ‘Tijori’

The reputed couturier, used to advising clients on fine jewellery, and working with the likes of Shree Jee Jewellers of Jaipur and Swarovski, will now have a line of hand-picked heritage jewellery designed by some of the finest talents in the world
Well-known for designing bespoke Indian high fashion wear for over three decades and providing jewellery-styling advice to numerous brides, Tarun Tahiliani has now ventured into creating an exclusive edit of fine jewellery labelled ‘Tijori’, with coloured stones, uncut diamonds and pearls. Featuring heritage jewellery pieces designed by some of the finest talents in the world of fine jewellery, the handpicked collection is housed at the Tarun Tahiliani flagship store at Mehrauli in New Delhi.

This curated collection features the best of Indian craftsmanship coupled with authentic finishes of enamelling and age-old jewellery making techniques that India has always been famous for.
Tarun Tahiliani associated with Shree Jee Jewellers of Jaipur for the 16th edition of the India Couture Week this year. The label has also launched its debut jewellery collection called Tarakini for Confluence by Swarovski Crystals, a select collective of jewellery designs featuring the designs of a handful of the most talented fashion luminaries in the country.

The jewellery collaborations by Tarun Tahiliani are not just limited to Indian jewellers. In 2019, the couture label teamed up with Swarovski for the grand finale show at the 12th edition of the India Couture Week.
What makes Tarun Tahiliani’s Tijori stand out as a curation is the connect with the latest designs and techniques which render a timeless appeal to each of the heritage pieces in the edit. Given their beauty, the matchless craftsmanship and the fit and finish of the designs, the jewellery is the perfect companion, not only for the modern Indian woman but also for men.
