The campaign Nav-Raani highlights jewellery ‘Made by Women, for Women’ and reflects Tanishq’s belief that every woman in her own right deserves adornments that resonate with her inner strength and beauty, striking a chord with modern women
Mumbai: Tanishq has released disclosed its Diwali campaign titled “Nav-Raani.” Directed by internationally acclaimed filmmaker Mira Nair, this marks her first Indian television commercial. The campaign pays tribute to the modern-day queens—women who embody grace, strength, and unwavering confidence.
The “Nav-Raani” film showcases women who may not be in positions of royalty but radiate royal qualities through their strength, beauty, and elegance. Each piece from the Nav-Raani collection reflects unique traits of every woman, crafted to emphasize their regal spirit.
With the motto ‘Made by Women, for Women,’ the campaign highlights the multifaceted roles of modern women, from nurturing family bonds to excelling in their careers. It emphasizes solidarity among women, portraying them as queens who uplift each other in their journeys. Inspired by the grandeur of royal courts and majestic palaces, the Nav-Raani collection looks to redefine traditional jewellery which is rather convoluted space.
The film begins on a magical Diwali night, spotlighting four Nav-Raanis in diverse settings, each representing the beauty and sophistication of today’s women. The models are shown as they adorn themselves with exquisite jewellery from the Nav-Raani collection.
Pelki Tshering, Chief Marketing Officer of Tanishq, expressed excitement about the campaign, stating, “This Diwali, we are thrilled to introduce ‘Nav-Raani’—Royal Jewellery for Modern-Day Queens. Our campaign celebrates the brilliance of women who wear their grace and elegance like a crown, effortlessly winning hearts. It reflects Tanishq’s belief that every woman deserves jewellery that mirrors her inner beauty and strength.”
Tanishq has consistently made efforts to strike a chord with women through campaigns that delve into their stories. This latest initiative underscores the brand’s commitment to recognizing every woman as a queen, deserving of jewels that reflect her strength and beauty.
