Reliance Jewels’ #QueenInYou contest proves to be efficacious as customer entries convene

The contest is in alignment with the brand’s efforts to promote their Vivaham bridal range 

Mumbai: Reliance Jewels has recently conducted a social media contest wherein they focused on their predominately women customer base. Titled #QueenInYou, the contest is in alignment with the brands efforts to promote their bridal range and focuses on Vivaham Brides, a bridal jewellery collection that the brand launched earlier this year.  

The #QueenInYou contest instructs participants to share about that one significant thing which will make them feel like a queen on their wedding day.  It could be the wedding theme, venue, their attire, or a special piece of jewellery that will make them feel like royalty on their big day. Winners of the contest stand a chance to win vouchers worth Rs 5000.  

The participants are also expected to tag the Reliance Jewels page in the comments alongside hashtags of #TheQueenInYou and #VivahamBrides. Vivaham Brides has seen a steadfast marketing campaign, and the brand’s collaboration with Scarecrow M&C Saatchi is the latest addition in the resolve.   

The post also mentions about preference which is to be given to participants who would share a sneak-peek photo of their wedding preparations and wedding date/month. The initial post received significant steam with almost 200 likes and a couple dozen entries via comments.

Shortly after the first post, the brand released a follow-up dispersing a curation of entries which they received, hinting at the upcoming winner announcement. Reliance Jewels has been known for undertaking such activities regularly, which activate their followers base for faster conversions and better social media impressions.
