Rajesh Exports Opens Shubh Jewellers Outlet in Mangalore

Jewellery manufacturer Rajesh Exports opened its 82nd gold showroom under the Shubh Jewellers brand name in Mangalore. Launched in 2012 by Rajesh Exports, Shubh Jewellers enjoys a strong presence in South India, especially Karnataka.
The company claims to have one of the world’s largest active jewellery design databases of around 29,000 designs.
“We are planning to open more showrooms with more designs in the coming months, which we feel would lead the company to a higher margin trajectory”, said Rajesh Mehta, Chairman of Rajesh Exports.
Incorporated in 1989, Rajesh Exports is the world’s largest manufacturer of gold products. It claims to be the only company in the world with presence across the entire value chain of gold, from refining to retailing. It also claims to process 35% of the gold produced in the world.
The company also owns Valcambi, the world’s largest gold refinery.
The Bengaluru-headquartered company, with a revenue of $29 billion in FY 2018, is estimated to have a capacity to manufacture 400 tons of gold products per year, including medallions and coins.
