Sachin Jain, President, Forevermark will be speaking about the future ready store, which is targeted towards fashion forward consumers ‘who are just starting their diamond journey’. He will present De Beers Group 1,000th Forevermark jewellery store in China, which is dubbed as ‘libert’aime. The new retail concept targets Chinese millennials in particular, and has pink, black and white interior design and boasts of a menu which has exclusive designs, punchier styles and, shiny interactive sales technology.
Commenting on what will be the key takeaway from his session, Hozefa Attari, Networkbay said, “Store of the future is basically how you can combine technology and design to create exceptional customer experiences in your store. In our presentation we will try to show what the store of the future is for the jewellery industry in India. Since the customer is changing, it is very important to know more about your customer and by doing so, it allows you to increase several things, including the number of times they visit the store.”
Attari further added, “There is a lot of mistrust among jewellers in technology, but we want to highlight that technology is being used by very high-end luxury stores as well to improve the relationship with their customers. We will be taking the audience through the journey of the customer, right from the time they discover the product, enter the store, leave and till they return again.”
