Mia by Tanishq launches four new stores across Chennai and Tiruppur 

The brand officially stated that three stores were launched in Chennai’s Kellys, Adyar and Velachery, while the fourth store was launched in Tiruppur district 

Chennai: Mia by Tanishq, a division of the Tata Group, recently announced the inauguration of four new stores in the state of Tamil Nadu to boost its retail presence in the region, according to a statement released by the company and reported by ETRetail.com. 

Out of the four stores, three of them were launched in Chennai’s Kellys, Adyar, and Velachery, while the fourth store was launched in Tiruppur district, as per the details in the official statement. 

Across all the new stores, Mia by Tanishq extended some limited-time exclusive discounts of up to 20% on its diverse range of products. 

The jewellery brand has been expanding its retail presence over the years. Expressing her enthusiasm about the expansion initiative, Shyamala Ramanan, Business Head of Mia by Tanishq, remarked, “Last year, we unveiled 12 new Mia by Tanishq stand-alone stores in Tamil Nadu and were delighted by the overwhelming response.”  

Ramanan emphasized Mia’s commitment to catering to the contemporary woman’s preferences, stating, “Mia understands the needs of the women of today. How they look at jewellery is an extension of their personality. Our products are lightweight with trendy, fashionable designs keeping their preferences in mind.” 

With this expansion, Mia by Tanishq aims to provide an enhanced shopping experience for patrons while reaffirming its position as a leading destination for modern jewellery enthusiasts in Tamil Nadu. 

The brand, which specialises in lightweight 14kt and 18kt gold and diamond jewellery, has a network of over 150 independent stores across nearly 40 cities in India, and is also present in most Tanishq retail outlets. Mia by Tanishq has also launched the ‘Glow with Flow’ collection for the upcoming occasion of Akshaya Tritiya.
