Joyalukkas aligns its Diamond Fest with Dubai Shopping Festival to elevate customer engagement

Joyalukkas’ Diamond Fest has been launched in eight countries, and features exclusive designs from the brand’s Pride Diamond collection
Dubai: Joyalukkas, a leading retailer in the jewellery industry, is leveraging the festive season to focus on customer engagement and market innovation through its Diamond Fest. Running from December 6, 2024 to January 5, 2025, the initiative spans key markets across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore and Malaysia.
The Diamond Fest by Joyalukkas features exclusive designs under its Pride Diamond Collection, and showcases the jeweller’s ability to anticipate market demand and curate collections that cater to diverse customer choices. The campaign coincides with the 30th anniversary of the Dubai Shopping Festival, a strategic move that aligns the brand with a high-visibility period in the retail calendar.
In addition to unveiling new designs, Joyalukkas is also enhancing customer loyalty by introducing value-added services such as 100% value on old gold and diamond exchanges. For those shopping at Joyalukkas outlets in Dubai, there’s an exclusive opportunity to participate in a raffle for a grand prize of Dh1.5 million in gold. Customers purchasing diamond jewellery worth Dh5,000 or more will also receive a 1-gram 22k gold coin, while those spending Dh3,000 or more on diamond jewellery will be rewarded with a 0.5-gram 22k gold coin.
John Paul Alukkas, Managing Director of Joyalukkas, explained the significance of the Diamond Fest, stating, “This initiative is not only a celebration of jewellery but also an acknowledgment of our customers’ trust and loyalty. Through carefully curated designs and engaging initiatives, we aim to create lasting impressions and strengthen our connection with customers across markets.”
Joyalukkas’ approach to the Diamond Fest highlights its broader strategy of combining product innovation with experiential marketing. By launching exclusive collections alongside customer-centric initiatives, the brand continues to position itself as a leader in creating jewellery that resonates with changing tastes while fostering memorable buying experiences.
