House of Rambhajos’ ‘Ek Jod’ bridal range evokes splendour of Rajasthani queens

Inspired by the Nahargarh Fort, the collection seeks to preserve the heritage and theatre of royal life through its emerald, jadau, and polki jewellery
Jaipur: House of Rambhajos launched ‘Ek Jod’ – its new bridal collection drawing inspiration from the Nahargarh Fort located in the heart of Rajasthan. Emeralds, jadau, and polki jewellery are the hallmarks of Ek Jod, and represent the Fort’s history and stories through their craftsmanship and heritage-inspired art design aesthetics.

The majestic building has borne witness to the grandeur, love, sacrifice, and theatre of royal life – and the collection seeks to preserve the rich history of a bygone era, evoking strength and splendour of the Fort’s queens. The jewellery from Ek Jod was photographed on location to stay true to the mood of the collection.
Rambhajos, established in 1921, has invested in crafting pieces that speak of heritage, tradition and intricate craftsmanship. Since the past 102 years, their royal jewellery collections featuring kundan, meena, jadau, polki and fine diamond bridal jewellery, seek to narrate stories of love, tradition, and exquisite artistry.
Now in its fifth generation of crafting shahi bridal jewellery, the brand has modernized its design language by infusing contemporary elements into traditional craftsmanship – and has introduced new design concepts, sleeker silhouettes, and innovative use of materials.
