Sunder Jewellers gives away 3 Honda cars as top prizes for Christmas lucky draw contest

This Christmas was all about giveaways for Sunder Jewellers, Chandigarh. The brand successfully organised its biggest ever lucky draw contest with 3 Honda cars as the top three prizes.
Speaking with Mahender Khurana, partner, Sunder Jewellers, one understands that engagement activities of such magnitude have been happening since 2-3 years with stupendous success rates. “Last year, we created ‘Har Din Diwali’ contest based on daily gold prices for 45 days at a stretch. In 2020, we created the first car gifting opportunity with 1 Honda car as the top prize. This time, we raised the stakes as high as 3 Honda cars, along with LED TV, refrigerators, microwaves and a lot of other gifts,” he said.
There were several VIP guests from different political parties who attended this event, while dignitaries from SSP Mohali took part in the lucky draw. The pool of contestants was humongous because of the varied offers from Sunder Jewellers, Sunder Sterling, and Sunder Emporium. “For every purchase of Rs10K worth gold jewellery, we generated coupons. For every purchase of Rs5000 from Sunder Sterling and/or Sunder Emporium, the customer had a coupon generated under their names. Those making purchase worth Rs1 lakhs got 10 coupons, and thus a tenfold better chance at winning,” Khurana added.
With RJ Manav as emcee, the three-month long activity culminated in a grand on-ground event wherein the brand witnessed a footfall of 700 people, far more than the expected turnout of 300 people. In the three months leading to the event, close to 1 lakh coupons were distributed across India. The live event also had a very impressive viewership of 1000 accounts via Instagram live.
