Handle a difficult customer
Customisation is the key: Saurabh Dhomne

A customer wanted us to make a special customised ‘Jaiswal Nath’ as per their family tradition. The customer was new to us so it was a tough job. First, we tried to understand their requirements and asked our regular vendor to make the piece. The customer rejected the product saying it was not up to the mark. So, we decided to give special attention to the product and got in touch with some other vendor who we believed can do the job for us. After working for almost one month, the nath was finally prepared as per the expectation of the customer. The customer was very happy to see the product. He praised us for the amount of patience we gave for a small piece of jewellery. The customer is now a regular in the store.
