Customer’s satisfaction comes first, no matter what
Last month, a client visited my shop to order jewellery for her daughter’s wedding. We started working on the products as soon as the order was placed. But 4 days before the wedding, the client came back to the shop, this time with her daughter, to return the jhumkas we’d made since the girl’s mother-in-law-to-be was unhappy with the design. We then had only 4 days to design the new jhumkas. My karigar worked day and night to finish the order, and we managed to deliver the product to the client just 2 hours before the wedding began.
