Sometimes one has to go out of the way to satisfy the customer. Recently, I got a client who wanted special bangles made for a wedding. He came with all the specifics and gave us the design. The bangles were to be made in gold with kundan, stone and Swarovski, and they had to have only one joint. Basically, it was screw wala kaam which is not just rare but tough too. Even though this happened before Diwali, which is very busy time, we agreed to go ahead with the demand. We put our best kaarigars to work, explained to them exactly what was required and within few days the bangles were ready. The outcome was a beautiful piece of art and the customer was extremely thankful.
