New Delhi: Leading jewellery retailer Senco Gold and Diamonds opened two new retail locations in the heart of New Delhi, located at Pitampura and Chandni Chowk, respectively. Spanning 4,000 sq. ft, this expansion marks a significant step in the brand’s commitment to customers across the city.
The new showrooms, inaugurated by actor Mouni Roy, will feature a collection of handcrafted pieces, including contemporary designs from Everlite and traditional favourites like temple jewellery, Shakti collection and the Shagun collection.
Commenting on the launch, Joita Sen, Director of Senco Gold & Diamonds, said, “We are thrilled to expand our presence in Chandni Chowk and Pitampura and invite our consumers to experience the beauty of our jewellery. Each piece we create is a testament of our 85 years of legacy in craftsmanship and designs and we look forward to providing an exceptional shopping experience in our new locations.”
Dhaval Raja, Chief General Manager of Senco Gold & Diamonds, said, “As we approach the festive season, including Dhanteras and Diwali, along with the ongoing wedding celebrations, we are thrilled to present our latest collection of handcrafted jewellery. This season, we’ve experienced a significant surge in sales, driven by the festive and wedding demand. Additionally, we are excited to expand our offline presence with new outlets in Pitampura and Chandni Chowk, bringing our total footprint to 168 stores. We are confident that our diverse range of designs and growing accessibility will continue to resonate with our customers.”
To celebrate the festival of lights, the brand has introduced a special ‘Dhanteras Shagun’ collection. Consumers can also win exciting gifts like EV cars and iPhone 16 on purchase of jewellery.
Meanwhile, Senco Gold, which listed last year, has reportedly placed a bid to acquire omnichannel jewellery retailer Melorra as it seeks to expand its presence in the e-commerce space.
