  • ‘We sent custom-made Tanzanite ring on Nepal man’s Insta request’

“A new customer from Nepal reached out to us on Instagram saying that he was planning to propose to his partner, who had a deep connection to the gemstone Tanzanite, but he couldn’t find any jewellery with Tanzanite in the local market. We took it upon ourselves to create a custom-designed engagement ring using Tanzanite. We shared design options over video calls, and took two weeks to make the ring; we even shared making-of-the-ring videos. Despite international shipping and communication challenges, we delivered the unique ring to the customer’s doorstep just in time for his proposal. The customer expressed immense gratitude and shared photos of his partner’s joyful acceptance.”

They said they saw very little variety in their hometown, and here they had enough to choose from as we had 500+ designs. They loved our variety, and because of the digital world, we could reach out to them and convert them into lifetime customers.”

We sent the set with a note and the customer was overjoyed, saying it would be treasured for life.”
