Mumbai, India – MK Jewels, a renowned jewellery retailer, has recently launched a new mobile app designed to simplify the process of checking gold rates and enhance the overall customer experience. The app aims to address the common issue of customers inquiring about gold rates multiple times a day, providing a convenient and accessible solution.

One of the key features of the MK Jewels app is its real-time gold rate updates. Customers can now instantly check the current gold rates for various carats, including 14, 18, 20, 22, and 24 carats, eliminating the need to call the store or visit in person. This transparency fosters trust between MK Jewels and its customers, ensuring that they are always aware of the most accurate pricing information.

In addition to gold rate updates, the app also serves as a valuable marketing tool for MK Jewels. The brand has been actively promoting the app through its social media channels, including Instagram, Pinterest, and WhatsApp, encouraging customers to download and use it. By providing a convenient and informative app, MK Jewels aims to strengthen its relationship with its customers and drive more sales.

While the app currently focuses on gold rate information, MK Jewels has plans to explore additional features in the future. The brand is considering integrating a jewellery showcase within the app, allowing customers to browse through their latest collections depending on customer feedback. However, these plans are still in the early stages of development.

Brand co-founder, Neelam Raimalani tells The Retail Jeweller India that MK Jewels Instagram page has picked up pace in the recent years, producing impressive engagement numbers. She explains that the brand has remained steadfast in their efforts to leverage these metrics to reach out to potential customers. She reveals that brand was experimenting with WhatsApp as a medium to reach out to regular clients, although the platform wasn’t as effective as Instagram. On the query of E-commerce capabilities, Neelam informs that inclusion of a payment gateway system is not within the horizon for now.

Overall, the MK Jewels app represents a significant step forward in the jewellery industry. By providing a user-friendly and informative platform, the brand is able to better serve its customers and enhance their shopping experience through the app. As the app continues to evolve, it has the potential to become an even more valuable tool for both customers and the business.
