Malabar Gold & Diamonds to launch Brides of India Golden Heart initiative

Malabar Gold & Diamonds is planning to launch Brides of India Golden Heart initiative, a reach out programme for would-be-brides from the economically weaker sections pan India.
The episode, which is already going live in Kerala, will be rolled out in other parts of the country in a staggered fashion. Under the initiative, Malabar Gold & Diamonds has already distributed more than 70 sovereigns gold to more than 30 brides in Kerala.
The jewellery retailer will be giving away 3 sovereign of gold to ‘as many as possible’. The company said the idea is to give a helping hand to the would be brides of India whose dreams to tie the knot are getting delayed or deferred due to their economic condition.
“We have already started the programme in Kerala. Having seen its runaway success, we decided to expand it to the all India level”, said MP Ahammed, Chairman, Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
