By introducing the Teenorra collection for teenagers, the jeweller expanded its offering for its retail clients, receiving ample orders from across the country, which made this show a huge success for the brand and the industry, in general

Mumbai: This year, at the India International Jewellery Show, Lotus Jewellery Creation unveiled their latest collection designed specifically for teenagers. Recognising the gap in the market, where jewellery is often tailored either for very young children or adults, the brand set out to bridge this divide with their new line, Teenorra. This exclusive collection has been crafted to match the preferences of teenagers, offering designs that are both trendy and age appropriate.

The trade show proved to be a resounding success for Lotus Jewellery Creation, with the Teenorra collection receiving an enthusiastic response from buyers and visitors to the brand’s booth. Vineet Vasa, Partner, Lotus Jewellery Creation (Hall No. 5, Booth No. 5V 544D), expressed his satisfaction with the demand generated for the collection, highlighting how it fulfills a previously unmet need in the market.

Vasa noted that Teenorra not only appeals to teenagers but also addresses the evolving tastes of this demographic, ensuring that they can wear jewellery that reflects their individuality and style. The positive reception at the trade show indicates a promising future for the collection, as it taps into a growing and underserved segment in the jewelry industry. “We launched this collection for the first time, but the customers have appreciated it a lot. There are orders from all over India”, he said.

Vasa said that despite their booth’s new location at the trade show this year, they were able to take huge orders from their visitors and clients due to the quality of their products, the newly launched collection and their service.

For a product that was being launched for the first time by the brand, Vasa explained that the orders they received exceeded their expectations. The number of visitors at our booth was also substantially more than last year. I would say, there has been an increase of approximately 20% in the number of visits over the last year”.

The brand’s reach and base of retail clients is spread across the whole country and accordingly, the orders also came from various regions. Their exports, too, fared well.

Vasa also spoke about how the reduction of the customs duty that was recently announced would help curb the movement of illegal and smuggled goods, benefiting the market at large. Hence, this would also enable the brand’s Italian style jewellery and machine-made jewellery flourish in the market. “We are seeing how this could benefit us and with our new collection, we know that this time’s show was a success overall”, he explained.
