The launch is part of the brand’s objective to reach the Rs 100-crore turnover mark by the end of March 2025 

Thane: Gargi by P N Gadgil & Sons (PNGS), a prominent name in the fashion jewellery industry, has opened its sixth store in Thane, marking a significant step in the brand’s rapid retail expansion. This new company-owned outlet aims to bring high-quality, stylish jewellery closer to its growing customer base. The brand now has 31 stores in total which comprises 25 Shop-in-Shop (SIS) format stores and six retail stores. The six retail stores are further categorized as direct ownership stores and franchise stores.  

Thane is recognized for its blend of urban sophistication and traditional charm, with a predominantly Maharashtrian community. The new Gargi store is designed to cater to this demographic, offering a wide range of jewellery collections that resonate with local tastes while maintaining a pan-Indian appeal. 

At the launch event, Aditya Modak, Co-founder of Gargi by PNGS, expressed enthusiasm for the new location. “We are thrilled to open our latest store in Thane, a city known for its vibrant culture and deep-rooted traditions. This new outlet brings us closer to our regional customers, and we are excited to provide them with a unique shopping experience featuring our curated collections.” 

Since its inception, Gargi has been transforming the Indian fashion jewellery segment with collections that combine elegance, quality and affordability. The Thane store adds to the brand’s expanding footprint, following recent openings in Nashik, Pune and other parts of Mumbai.
