The 21-day initiative embodies CaratLane’s aim to build a workplace culture where health, habit and growth go hand in hand
Mumbai: Omnichannel jewellery brand CaratLane has just re-imagined workplace well-being by launching the ‘Becoming a Habit Champion’ campaign to ensure that employees are equipped to lead healthy and fulfilling lives, and are supported in building good habits while they achieve their professional goals.
This initiative reflects CaratLane’s ethos of caring for its employees, and inculcating the culture of a healthier, stronger, more productive workforce while building a future where employee health is at the forefront of organizational success.
The 21-day ‘Becoming a Habit Champion’ programme aims to bring in habit science to close the gap between intent and action as far as healthy practices are concerned.
CaratLane launched the programme this month as a combination of in-person and virtual sessions with heath-tech experts. Participants will engage in a 21-day live challenge, tracking their daily habit goals on an app. The journey will end in a celebratory closing ceremony by the end of this month, where the habit champions will be announced, and participants will share their transformative experiences.
‘Becoming a Habit Champion’ represents more than just a well-being initiative; it embodies CaratLane’s aim to build a workplace culture where health, habit and growth go hand in hand. The programme focuses on empowering CaratLaners to be the best version of themselves through personalized 1:1 coaching, community support, gamification and accountability. It aims to help employees turn their goals into lasting habits for personal growth.
Benjamin Rajkumar Felix, CHRO, CaratLane, said, “At CaratLane, we believe in nurturing every aspect of CaratLaners’ lives—not just their careers. That’s why we’re so excited to launch the Habit Champion Programme in collaboration with Alyve Health. With the engaging ‘Becoming the Habit Champion’ programme, we wanted to ensure that our employees are supported in pro-active habit formation and preventive healthcare.”
Tata Group-owned CaratLane has an extensive network of 300+ brand stores across the country and one international store in New Jersey. The brand has pioneered features like CaratLane Live—an online live shopping experience— and Try at Home, where customers can book an appointment to try their favourite jewellery designs in the comfort of their homes, with no obligation to buy.
