‘Bejewelled Finds’ by Preeta Agarwal wins the title of ‘Jewellery Blogger of the Year 2019’ at Leading Lights Awards at International Jewellery London Show
For the first time, an Indian jewellery blogger has been awarded the international title of ‘Jewellery Blogger of the Year 2019’. The winners of the Leading Lights Awards were announced on day 1 of the recently concluded International Jewellery London show. The awards, in association with Jewellery Outlook, was a new feature initiative for IJL 2019, created to celebrate the innovation, craftsmanship, design and distribution of fashion forward talent across the globe.
As per the judges, Indian-based blogger Preeta Agarwal (bejewelledfinds.com) won the Blogger Award for her “informative and passionate posts”. The judges were impressed with how she “takes the audience behind the scenes, showcasing much more than beautiful jewellery from across the world”.
“To be honest, I was very happy with just being nominated in the same category as Gemologue & Blingsis. It was a happy surprise for me to hear my name announced and being declared the winner. It feels amazing to have my 13-year industry journey and 5+ year old blog ‘Bejewelled Finds’ being recognized at an international platform and it does bring a sense satisfaction that all the hard work is being acknowledged,” says an exhilarated Preeta Agarwal.

Preeta Agarwal’s affair with jewellery started at a very early age but it only got its voice when she graduated as a jewellery designer from NIFT, Gandhinagar; one of the top design colleges in India.
