Punjab’s renowned jeweller unveiled an innovative retail concept in Ludhiana, featuring private shopping experiences and an exclusive ‘Dhanteras Dream Escape’ contest.

Ludhiana: Khurana Jewellery House has unveiled its latest store in Ludhiana. As the brand’s third location in Punjab, following its two stores in Amritsar, this new outpost not only extends its regional footprint but also embodies a fresh, sophisticated aesthetic tailored to the evolving tastes of contemporary consumers.

Spanning two thoughtfully curated floors, the Ludhiana store caters to the diverse needs of the brand’s discerning clientele. The ground level showcases Khurana Jewellery House’s signature collections; the brand is renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and captivating designs. However, the true highlight lies on the first floor—an exclusive bridal lounge, a first-of-its-kind offering in the region. 

Saumya Khurana, Executive Director, explains, “We wanted to elevate the jewellery shopping journey, especially for our bridal and high-net-worth clients. The bridal lounge provides a comfortable, private environment where customers can explore our exquisite gold, Polki, diamond and solitaire collections at their leisure.” 

For the brand, the decision to open this store in Ludhiana was a strategic one, tapping into the city’s reputation as the industrial capital of Punjab and home to an affluent, design-savvy community. Prerna says, “Ludhiana’s clientele has a keen appreciation for fine craftsmanship and innovative designs. The launch of the Ludhiana store coincided with a comprehensive rebranding strategy aimed at refreshing the Khurana Jewellery House identity while preserving its rich heritage. “As we enter this exciting new phase, we want our brand to resonate with both our long-standing patrons and a younger, discerning audience,” shares Prerna. 

This rebranding exercise encompassed a shift in the store’s visual aesthetics, packaging and digital presence, crafting a cohesive brand experience. “Our goal is to ensure that every client, regardless of their purchase size, feels valued and truly part of the Khurana family,” adds Saumya. To celebrate the grand opening of the Ludhiana store, Khurana Jewellery House hosted a captivating fashion show featuring its latest designs, complemented by the ‘Dhanteras Dream Escape’ contest.
