Retail Jeweller MD & CEO Awards 2024 to recognize leaders of excellence in Indian jewellery retail

To be held at JW Mariott, Sahar in Mumbai on January 3, the awards property will be supported by Deloitte as knowledge partner 

Mumbai: As the Indian jewellery industry is getting organized, jewellery retailers are leaving no stone unturned to improve the link between people, products and processes. In this scenario, the Retail Jeweller MD & CEO Awards have become a trusted platform to honour exemplary achievements of entrepreneurs, founders and C-suite executives in the industry. The Retail Jeweller MD & CEO Awards 2024, with Deloitte as knowledge partner, will up the ante of excellence further at the JW Mariott, Sahar, in Mumbai on January 3, 2024.

The awards encompass independent and chain store brands and include categories such as integrated marketing, online and offline start-ups, e-retail, customer experience and more, in which creative and pioneering leadership is opening up new paths, from which the whole industry may benefit. The awards night will follow the Retail Jeweller India Forum 2024, a knowledge-sharing platform scheduled through the day on January 3.

The award categories range from CSR, omni-channel operations, customer experience, workplace environment, to innovation and contribution to the industry, and will evaluate and uphold the greatest work by CXOs and MDs in putting their brands on a pedestal of ceaseless advancement in the wake of ever-increasing competition and horizontal expansion of the jewellery industry today. 

Digital first, omnichannel or physical-first, the absolute top brass of jewellery brands in India, have graced the stages of Retail Jeweller MD & CEO awards in earlier years. Caratlane’s Mithun Sacheti, PMJ Gems and Jewels’ Dinesh Kankariya, Tanishq’s Ajoy Chawla, PN Gadgil Jewellers’ Saurabh Gadgil and many other retail giants have been felicitated on this very platform for their contributions across various vistas of the jewellery industry. Analysing and appreciating exceptional works by independent and chain store brands in equal measure, the winners’ list of the awards property last year included brands such as Kalyan Jewellers, TBZ- The Original, Arundhati Jewellers, Kamal Jewellers, and others.

Notably, award nominations are open to all retail jewellery shop owners, with the caveat that winners of the previous year (2023) are not eligible to submit a nomination for the same category in which they won. Now, it’s just wait and watch to see who are the winners!
