One of the objectives that the brand wanted to fulfil through the sponsorship of this event was to enhance its visibility

NAC Jewellers recently sponsored the Artisans Exhibition when the event was held at Crowne Plaza in Chennai. The event showcased the works of different designers, weavers and craftsmen from all across India and offered a unique platform for the highlighting not only the craftsmanship of these artisans but also the style quotient of their art. From timeless classics to avant-garde contemporary designs, the exhibition offered an extensive array of choices.

The Artisans Exhibition was also sponsored by NAC Jewellers in 2022. One of the objectives that the brand wanted to fulfil through this sponsorship was to enhance brand visibility. The jeweller also displayed its gold and diamond jewellery as well as silver jewellery from its Stylori collection.

The exhibition explored the profound art of crafting by hand. The belief that ‘handmade is heartmade’ emphasizes the brand’s unwavering commitment to the beauty and significance of handmade treasures.

The exhibition was a portal for local eminent Cholamandal artists who create beautiful art with a profound focus on their craft and the artistic process rather than the business side of it. Artisans Exhibition aims to provide these talented artists with a platform that allows them to shine, enabling art enthusiasts from around the world to appreciate their extraordinary talent.

The brand has been marketing and promoting the event with the aim of gaining new customers and footfalls during the exhibition and showcasing their products to these consumers.

“The exhibition was not just about handmade; it was about elevating the style quotient of the handmade. We believe that craftsmanship can seamlessly blend with style and fashion. This addition reinforces our commitment to merging style with handmade craftsmanship, creating a unique and sophisticated platform for artisans. This exhibition was especially important to us because young adults think artisans, handmade and all of this is boring. But we want to bring to their notice that handmade items can be uber stylish too”, said Vijaya Tummala and Devi Goyal, co-curators, Artisans.
