Indian Jewellers go all out to celebrate Valentine’s day 2023
Valentine’s Day on February 14th, is widely observed across the world as the day when people proclaim their love to one another. The occasion is marked by gifting each other and Indian retail jewellers made it a point to be a major part of this celebration of love.
Various jewellers held different types of contents and events, launched collections and promotional strategic advertisements using taglines in relation to the occasion. One such jeweller is Hira Panna Jewellers by Shekhar Keshri from Patna, who introduced enticing offers and deals with their new Valentine’s day collection – “Pyaar”, of upto 25% off on making charges on Gold jewellery and 30% off on making charges of Pyaar collection jewellery items.
Adding to this celebration, Reliance Jewels hosted an interesting contest – #KhudseBhiPyaarKaro for all its social media followers by asking them to share a photo or video of them doing a thing that defines their self-love mantra. Whether it’s just having a cup of coffee, going on a solo trip, buying their favourite clothes, or spending time with their family, the winner of the contest stands a chance to win exciting prizes.
Kisna Diamond Jewellery took this occasion as an opportunity to drive traffic to their website by launching an online contest of diamond jewellery for their customers. Upon winning, participants could avail vouchers upto Rs.5000/- on the company’s website. Participants had to follow KISNA on Facebook & Instagram, tag their loved one in the comments section and leave them a love note using #SparkleOfALifetime while also tagging 3 friends and asking them to participate in the contest.
While other jewellers focused on launching collections and contests, Senco Gold & Diamonds asked various customers to send their vivid love stories through video entries. The best ones were given a chance to feature on the company’s social media handles.
Speaking of vivid love stories, MB Ashtekar Jewellers hosted a special contest for all their customers, in which couples were asked to upload a photo of them together on their social media handles and share the quirkiest story of their love life in the caption. The best story won exciting prizes.
Ravi Jewellers from New Delhi commemorated Valentine’s day with a special crossword competition on their social media handles. Participants were asked to find the word ‘Heartstrings’ in the crosswords that were posted by the company and the one who got all of them right, won. Valentine’s day 2023 was a phenomenal celebration of love and understanding, and the Indian Jewellery industry played a very prominent role in making it special for all the couples.
