A family friend brought his guest to our store to check out some jewellery. We knew that the family comprising of father, mother and daughter had come to window shop and not to shop for jewellery. They had in fact before coming to Nagpur, gone to Kolkata to purchase wedding jewellery for their daughter. Nevertheless, we showed them all our wedding collection and while looking at the jewellery the daughter started to cry. We all were taken aback. The father asked his daughter what was wrong. She told him, we went all the way from Mumbai to Kolkata to buy my wedding jewellery but now I love the jewellery here at the store. The father made a quick decision, he could not see his soon -to- be- bride daughter getting disappointed, so he told her to buy the wedding set from our store. When she hesitated, and said that but we have already brought it, he told her gold is an investment, the other set won’t go waste. So, she bought the entire wedding jewellery again from our store and we personally delivered it to their house in Mumbai.
