From international film festivals to global cultural events, jewellery brands continued to gain visibility this week as celebrities and public figures showcased a mix of couture and contemporary fine jewellery designs

Mumbai: Celebrity appearances across the Cannes Film Festival, the Venice Biennale and fashion events reflected how jewellery brands like Swadesh Jewellery, Kalyan Jewellers, Manish Malhotra High Jewellery and Amrapali Jewels are leveraging global visibility to showcase diverse design aesthetics.

At the Cannes Film Festival 2026, Alia Bhatt wore a pink coral necklace from Amrapali Jewels with a custom Tamara Ralph haute couture gown, while her appearance on Day 2 featured jewellery from Malabar Gold & Diamonds.

Kalyani Priyadarshan in Kalyan Jewellers

Malayalam actor Kalyani Priyadarshan made an appearance on Day 1 at Cannes Film Festival 2026, wearing statement jewellery by Kalyan Jewellers, with rare colour combinations and sharp geometric detailing. The jewellery featured eleven gemstones including ruby, tourmaline, crystal and peridot, set in 14K white gold and accented with 533 natural diamonds.

Creator and style icon Rida Tharana wore a custom lab-grown diamond jewellery creation by Sennes from the House of Senco for her red-carpet appearance at the Cannes Film Festival 2026. Her look featured a teardrop solitaire lab-grown diamond necklace inspired by the brand’s signature monogram silhouette, styled with complementary diamond accents.
