As jewellery consumption becomes increasingly occasion and style driven, fashion platforms are emerging as an important space for retailers to shape preference and remain culturally visible
Pune: PNG Jewellers strengthened its presence within the fashion and occasion styling space through its recent association with the Pune Times Fashion Week. The platform brought together designers, celebrities and fashion audiences, creating an opportunity for the jewellery retailer to present its collections within a contemporary style context.
A key highlight of the brand’s participation was its collaboration with designer Eshaa Amiin for Serigraph 2026, a collection built around the idea of movement, travel and modern dressing. Drawing inspiration from destinations such as Amalfi, London, Miami and Rajasthan, the collection featured fluid silhouettes, lightweight textures and relaxed occasion wear. The brand’s jewellery was integrated into the styling direction of the showcase, creating a coordinated presentation of fashion and ornaments, rather than treating jewellery as a finishing element.
Actors Aahana S Kumra and Sachin Kumbhar appeared as show-stoppers for the presentation, bringing additional visibility to the collaboration. Saurabh Gadgil, Managing Director, PNG Jewellers, and other senior leadership team members were present during the event, signalling the importance of fashion platforms within the company’s broader brand-building approach.
Beyond the runway, PNG Jewellers created an on-ground extension through its #BridesOfPune exhibition at the venue. The showcase gave visitors an opportunity to view selections across Polki, Kundan, heavy gold and diamond categories in a more interactive setting, allowing consumers to engage with the collections beyond the format of a fashion show.
The brand amplified the event further by highlighting backstage moments, fittings, runway shots and digital coverage across its social platforms.
As jewellery retailers continue exploring new consumer touchpoints, fashion platforms are increasingly becoming spaces to build familiarity, influence styling choices of consumers and remain visible within changing lifestyle conversations.
PNG Jewellers’ journey as a brand has a legacy dating back to 1832. The brand now operates 78 showrooms in India.
