In addition to expert sessions, attendees had access to the brand’s bridal and heritage jewellery collections, allowing them to explore product options
Mississauga: Malabar Gold & Diamonds recently organized ‘The Bridal Edit’ masterclass at its showrooms at Mississauga and Ajax in Canada. The event was designed as a pre-wedding engagement platform for brides-to-be, aimed at preparing them for different aspects of a wedding through structured sessions.
The masterclass included personalized bridal consultations, live make-up and hair demonstrations, and guidance on styling for wedding functions. Attendees also had access to the brand’s bridal and heritage jewellery collections, allowing them to explore product options alongside expert inputs.
A key highlight of the event was the ramp walk by brides-to-be. This highlighted the jewellery on real customers, placing them at the centre of the presentation. The ramp walk served as an interactive extension of the masterclass.
At the Mississauga showroom, the session brought together multiple elements of bridal preparation within a single format. The programme included discussions around jewellery selection, coordination with attire and overall presentation. Participants engaged with in-store teams and specialists, who provided inputs based on individual requirements.
Similarly, the Ajax showroom hosted a parallel session, where attendees took part in consultations and demonstrations. The event created a setting for interaction between customers and experts, with a focus on addressing practical aspects of bridal styling and preparation. Conversations during the session also covered coordination across jewellery, make-up and overall appearance for wedding occasions.
The Bridal Edit masterclass was structured to combine product viewing with guided interaction, allowing participants to move between consultation and actual jewellery. Customer participation in the ramp walk added a participatory layer to the event, moving beyond a conventional in-store showcase.
Through such initiatives, Malabar Gold & Diamonds continues to engage customers directly in international markets. The Canada edition of The Bridal Edit masterclass reflects the brand’s approach to combining retail presence with customer-focused experiences, while presenting its bridal and heritage collections within an interactive environment.
