#JashnSacchaiKa: Aisshpra celebrates legacy of trust and integrity with 80th anniversary campaign
The campaign, which promotes the brand’s ideals, highlights a few of the many appreciation posts from loyal patrons on their social media handle under the hashtag #BharoseKiKahaniyan. The customer testimonials on services and in-store experiences span their jewellery shopping experience with the brand over decades
Gorakhpur: Trust and transparency are the cornerstones of the precious gems and jewellery industry. On its 80th anniversary, Aisshpra Gems and Jewels has launched the #JashnSacchaiKa campaign, reinforcing its values of trust, integrity, and ethics that have been the hallmark of its journey so far. As part of the campaign, the brand is promoting customer testimonials under the hashtag #BharoseKiKahaniyan, bringing to the fore key customer experiences, right from shopping to polite staff, across social media.
For Saumitra Saraf, Director, Aisshpra Gems and Jewels, a third-generation jeweller, the purchase of jewellery is a special moment for the customer that needs celebration. “We believe in putting the customer first at all times. This starts with celebrating the truth. Our campaigns do not talk about product quality and certifications, but the importance of being true. Every statement, transaction and any other aspect that comes out of Aisshpra has to be honest, authentic, and genuine,” said Saraf. Over the course of more than two years, the family jewellery house has been receiving customer testimonials and messages from their patrons that support Saraf’s claim.
Saraf explained that while the testimonials do not necessarily translate into immediate sales, they provide confidence to younger customers who want to research the brand and connect with it before buying jewellery. “In the long run, the testimonials create a comfortable space for this generation of customers. They also help in increasing awareness in the market about our transparency, and deliver the true value of the jewellery to our clients,” he said, adding that the brand has reduced the weight of enamel in ornaments, to add more value for customers.
